The Unbound Woman: Through Her Own Eyes

What if the way you've been seeing yourself isn't the truth, but rather a reflection of the messages you've absorbed?

Somewhere along the way, many of us stopped seeing ourselves through our own eyes. Instead, we began seeing ourselves through the lens of expectations, criticism, comparison, and shame.

This gathering is an invitation to pause, reconnect, and gently examine the beliefs you've internalized about who you “should” be as a woman. Together, we'll explore where those messages came from, how they've shaped the way you see yourself, and what it means to begin releasing what was never yours to carry.

Through guided experiences, meaningful reflection, and authentic connection with other women, you'll begin to replace shame with self-compassion, reconnect with your inherent worth, and practice seeing yourself with greater kindness, courage, and authenticity.

Come as you are. Leave seeing yourself a little more clearly, and a little more compassionately.
