The Unbound Woman

Letting go of what you are not, to remember who you are.

The Unbound Woman is an in-person, spiritually grounded gathering for women who are ready to soften their grip on expectations, roles, and the masks they’ve learned to wear.

So many women are carrying the quiet weight of being everything for everyone; holding it together, staying strong, staying agreeable, staying “fine.” Over time, this armor can leave us feeling disconnected from our bodies, our truth, and our sense of self.

This gathering is an invitation to gently lay that armor down.

Through guided visualization, reflective journaling, and open group discussion, this gathering invites you to slow down and listen inward. These practices are designed to help you reconnect with your body, soften your defenses, and gently explore what you are ready to release, whether that’s an expectation, a role, or a story that no longer serves you.

The Unbound Woman is for women who:

  • Feel tired from “holding it all together”

  • Are living by expectations that no longer fit

  • Crave grounding, presence, and emotional honesty

  • Long to feel more at home in their bodies and themselves

You can expect:

  • A guided visualization meditation to support grounding and inner awareness

  • An open, group discussion and gentle activity for shared connection

  • A space rooted in consent, choice, and emotional safety

All practices are offered as invitations, not requirements. You are always welcome to participate in the ways that feel safest and most supportive for you.

Facilitated by a licensed professional counselor specializing in women’s mental health, this gathering is designed to be both emotionally safe and spiritually nourishing.

Come as you are. There is nothing to become, only something to release.
